Personal Digest Saturday: August 5 – August 11

Life news this week:

  • Saturday I did some planning for my podcast, got some walking in, and got my blogging done. Also got some photos processed. Then after watching some videos, I recorded my podcast with Daria about the episodes "Gem Heist" and "The Zoo." Everything went fine!

  • Sunday I was supposed to see Kari but her car had trouble again so I spent the day doing laundry, putting out trash, and doing an awful lot of preparation for work stuff on Monday. (We had some larger-than-average letters going out so I figured I'd rather work Sunday than be in a time crunch Monday.) Also got to water my newly tree-mounted orchid and recorded a karaoke song.

  • Monday was busy getting four letters out (two of which were the large ones). Also had to gather data before a short-notice meeting. Managed to get some data researched too and did some Polos before taking a nap. Then went to game night and ate more crap while watching crap.

  • Tuesday I worked on crash data and building forms. Also did some music practice with my band songs to refresh my memory of the lyrics. Did some Poloing and worked on an episode of the podcast.

  • Wednesday I worked on team-building, data analysis, and reports. Cleaned up around the house a bit. After work Jeaux ran me by my mom's house to pick up her cable and internet equipment. Also picked up her roommate's keys and took out the trash. Then we ate at Bob Evans and did our grocery shopping and caught up on What We Do in the Shadows.

  • Thursday I did more reports and caught up on downloading records. Did more Polos and podcast processing. Texted with my sister. Scheduled an extra bug man visit because I was concerned about possibly having termites. (Spoiler: It was not termites. But also a weird influx of other bugs.) I got interviewed on a sex-and-relationships podcast which will air next month. And I ate a lot of ice cream.

  • Friday I worked on timesheets and reports. Made doctor's appointment for next week, had the pest control in, worked on my comic, and took my mom's cable equipment to a Spectrum store. (They aren't charging me for her overdue bill! Nice!) Finished my processing of the podcast and posted it, and also posted my comic and got my steps in.

New Reviews:

Health Plan Update:

  • Weight stuff: Still not much movement over here! I think I'm done eating all the snacks left here by my family though, so it will be easier to go back to my usual. High weight: 122.2. Low weight: 120.8.
  • Nutrition stuff: I really haven't felt like smoothies lately so I am not getting my green vegetables in reliably. High sugar and high carbs this week. Still consistently taking the vitamins.
  • Activity stuff: I met my walking goal every day this week. My low day was Friday at 10,064 steps, and my high day was Tuesday at 17,514 steps.

  • Finished Reading: None.

  • Currently Reading: Be Gay, Do Comics by Matt Bors. I'm on page 74.
